Steal the Sun with L’Optique in collaboration with Odd Ends.
L’Optique is a sunglasses retail brand based in Lebanon. While known for its eyewear, the brand wanted to step beyond product and position itself as a lifestyle brand. To do this, they needed a campaign that would speak to their local roots while expanding their reach—particularly toward a younger audience, without losing touch with their older clientele.
When we think of summer in Lebanon, one thing comes to mind: wedding season. It’s a time of celebration, tradition, and style. That’s where the idea for the “Steal the Sun” campaign was born.
At every wedding, the spotlight naturally falls on the bride and groom. But we wanted to flip the script—highlighting the unscripted, fun, and emotional moments shared by everyone else. The campaign invites people to embrace confidence and spontaneity. Because in truth, anyone can steal the sun. Anyone can steal the spotlight—they just need the courage to own it.
This campaign celebrates the stories behind every person. The awkward ones, the bold ones, the unexpected ones. Because everyone deserves to shine. And with the right moment, anyone can.
There are those who wait for the spotlight.
And there are those who bring it with them.
It’s not about the vows.
Not the dress.
Not the kiss.
It’s about presence.
